Decentralised finance (DeFi) presents a major threat – and an opportunity – to the financial services sector. Given the pace of development and innovation in this area of blockchain technology our client needed help understanding the implications and future scenarios that it could yield to figure out how best to take advantage of this opportunity.
Our Approach
Using our deep domain expertise in the cryptocurrency, blockchain and decentralised finance space we designed a programme to help the executive team understand the DeFi landscape and the impact it could have on their customers, market and value propositions. Building on these foundations we ran a series of workshops to establish a growth strategy bringing the power of DeFi to their clients.

We continue to partner with our client as they design and develop their value proposition for the DeFi era, providing market and competitive intelligence and iterating the future roadmap as they move towards launch.
