A new brand positioning had been identified for our client’s brand and our task was to populate their pipeline with products that would support and strengthen it.
With access to products in their markets around the globe, our first task was to carry out an audit of potential candidates and evaluate them against the new brand positioning. Alongside this we brought the client team and consumers together in a creative workshop, working collaboratively together to build our product ideas from a range of idea sparks. After a phase of concept design, we involved consumers using our online idea evaluation tool to explore and refine them.
The brand successfully launched a range of new products into the chiller in Q1, 2020.
