Sometimes the most effective innovation can be repurposing an overseas product for local tastes – but what do you do when local tastes and habits are entrenched?
Our Approach
To uncover real world experiences we despatched product to a wide range of UK households and asked them to film their experiences – from ‘out of the box’ to the ‘before’ and ‘after’ for a range of dishes. Alongside this we reviewed food and snacking habits to identify ways to encourage trial.
Our Impact
Our recommendations and guidelines helped refine the launch packaging and created a communications campaign designed to make consumers reappraise their existing behaviour.
